ghdhairstraightener.co.uk offer a full 2 year parts and labour warranty on ghd hair straighteners and 12 months on all other ghd electrical goods. In the unlikely event that your ghd IV Styler should develop a fault within 1 month it should be returned to us for replacement, after 1 month it should be returned to the ghd hair straightener repair centre, details of which are in the warranty.
Unused and unopened goods may be returned for a refund excluding postage costs. All we ask that you notify us and we will tell you how to return the goods to us.

Electrical items can only be sent to the billing address of the card used or a verifiable works address. If you opt for a works address delivery, you agree that the person who will sign for the goods acts as your agent and is at your liability. Once signed at a work address for they are classed as delivered as requested
If goods are damaged on arrival it is essential that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. If a parcel appear damaged or openened please refuse it, it will then return to us and a replacement will be sent on reciept.

ghdhairstraightener.co.uk delivery service on the UK mainland is via ANC next day service Mon. - Thurs. Orders placed before 3 on Friday will be delivered on Monday.(Orders placed on friday after 3, Saturday and Sunday are shipped next working day)
We offer a 3-5 day courier service for European deliveries. World wide delivery is by DHL and can take 7-10 days.
